Prashant Industries Limited

Our facility for Prashant Industries Limited is at Plot No. 1208/1/-B in Phase III of Silvassa. If you’ve been to Phase III, you know it’s a massive area filled with all kinds of factories. Our building is a simple, grey structure that’s been added to over the years as we needed more space. It’s not a planned-out corporate campus, just a functional place where we can get the work done. Inside, it’s usually quite loud with all the machinery running at once. Silvassa gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so the workshop can be a tough place to spend the whole day. We have big industrial fans, but they only do so much. We don't use much fancy language here. We talk about shift timings, machine maintenance, and the next delivery. Most of our staff have been with us for years and they know exactly how everything works without being told. We don’t have a glossy "About Us" page or a mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the production schedule and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. It’s a very hands-on environment. You won’t see many people in suits around here. We’re usually in our work clothes, dealing with the daily realities of running a factory in a busy industrial hub like Silvassa. It’s just how we operate.
