Our place is located out in G.I.D.C. Phase-2, right at Plot No 303/8/G. It's a typical industrial area, so there's always noise and trucks moving around. Pharmachem Industries (Guj.) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. We aren't a big flashy corporation with a glass building. Most of our day is spent on the floor, making sure things are running the way they should. It gets hot in the summer, especially with all the machinery, but we’re used to it. The staff here is mostly local people who've been with us since the start. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just focus on the work. If you come by, you'll see a lot of equipment and people in overalls. It's a practical setup because that's what works for us. We deal with various chemicals and industrial supplies, nothing too exciting for someone on the outside, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the logistics get a bit messy with deliveries being late, but we manage. We don't really do much in the way of social media or anything. We prefer to just talk to our clients directly or over the phone. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. The office is small and usually has a stack of paperwork on the desk. That's just how a real factory looks.
