You can find us, Wel Spun India Ltd., at Survey No. 76 in Village Morai. We are right off NH No. 8 in Vapi, which is one of the busiest highways you can imagine. The constant rumble of the big trucks going toward Mumbai or Surat is like background music for us. Being in Morai means we are a bit away from the main town center, but the highway keeps us connected to everything. The facility is a large one, and there is always something happening at all hours. It isn't a quiet place by any means. There is the sound of the machines, the shouting of the loaders, and the beep of the forklifts. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here on the ground. It’s about the reality of the work. The weather in Vapi can be pretty humid, so we all just get through it together. Most of our days are spent checking on the lines and making sure the logistics don't get tangled up. It’s a lot to manage, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels natural. The village around us has grown, but the core of what we do at Survey No. 76 hasn't changed much. We just keep moving, just like the traffic on the NH 8 right outside our gates. It is a busy, noisy, and very real life, and we have been at it for years.
