We are located at Plot No. 15 and 16 in the New GIDC area. Viraj Polyplast Technologies has its home right opposite Shubhlaxmi Metal. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to breathe, which is helpful when you’re working with plastics and big machinery. The New GIDC is a bit more organized than some of the older parts of town, but it’s still a busy, working environment. We spend most of our time on the factory floor, monitoring the machines and checking the output. It’s not a quiet job, but we like the pace of it. We don't have a lot of time for long meetings or corporate talk. Usually, we just have a quick chat in the morning to see what needs to be done and then we get to it. Our office is just a small room off to the side with a couple of desks and a filing cabinet. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a tight-knit group over the years. We see the guys from Shubhlaxmi Metal every day and usually wave when they’re loading their trucks. It’s a very practical way to live and work. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just focus on getting the pieces right and making sure the crates are ready for the morning pickup. It’s just us, doing our thing day after day in the New GIDC.
