Lead Tech Industries

Lead Tech Industries is situated out in the Expention Area of the New Gidc at Plot No. 74. It is a bit further away from the older, more crowded parts of the industrial zone, so we have a bit of breathing room. We moved here to make sure we had enough space for our equipment and materials. The building is very basic, just a sturdy place to work and keep our things dry. We do not have any fancy decorations or an office with air conditioning. It is just a workspace. Every morning we slide open the big metal doors to let some light and air in. Depending on the season, it can get quite windy or very humid. We handle some technical tasks, but we try not to make it sound more complicated than it really is. It is just about following the right steps and making sure the output is good. The workers here are local folks who understand how a factory runs. We usually eat our lunch together in a corner of the building. We don't have a canteen, so everyone just brings their own tiffin from home. We don’t do big presentations or sales pitches. If you have a question, you just ask. Living and working in the New Gidc has its challenges, like the bumpy roads, but it’s a good place for us. We just focus on our daily list of things to do and try to get home on time.
