Vivid Intermediates Pvt. Ltd.

At Vivid Intermediates Pvt. Ltd., we are based at Plot No. 143-144 in Phase-2. Combining two plots like this was a good move because it gave us the extra space we needed for our intermediate products. The layout is a bit like a maze, with different sections added on over the years. We have got the production area in one part and the loading bay in another. It keeps us on our toes, literally. The floor is usually a bit stained from the materials we handle, but that is expected in this line of work. We do not have any polished marble floors or fancy glass doors. Everything at Plot 143-144 is built for utility. The noise from the GIDC traffic is constant, but you stop noticing it after the first week. We have a small group of workers who have been here through thick and thin. Most of us just show up, do the shift, and share a few jokes during the breaks. We do not go in for mission statements or big promises. We just handle the intermediates and make sure the containers are labeled correctly before they leave. It is the kind of place where you know where the light switches are even in the dark. We are just a regular part of the Phase-2 landscape, and that suits us just fine.
