Sparkle Chemical Industries

Our place, Sparkle Chemical Industries, is located at Plot No. 320-16 in the 40 Shed Area. It’s a typical industrial spot where we handle various chemicals throughout the week. The 40 Shed Area is usually humming with activity from all the different units packed in here. Our plot isn't huge, so we have to be very organized with how we store everything. There is always a smell of chemicals in the air, which you just get used to after working here for a few days. We start early before the sun gets too hot, getting the batches ready and checking the containers. The floor is often wet from cleaning or moving liquids around. We have a small corner where we keep our logbooks and some basic tools for maintenance. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the time, we are wearing our work gear and moving between the storage area and the processing spot. The neighbors are mostly other small factories, so we see the same faces every day at the local tea shop. The gates at Plot 320-16 are usually wide open during the day to let the breeze in, though it doesn't help much when the humidity is high. We don't spend money on fancy signs or office furniture. We put our energy into making sure the products are made correctly and loaded onto the trucks without any fuss. It’s a simple, hardworking life in this part of the GIDC, and we are quite used to the daily grind.
