Shakti Chemical Industries

Shakti Chemical Industries is located at Plot No. 220/1, Phase-2 in the Gidc area of Vapi. It’s an industrial town, so things are pretty straightforward here. We deal with a lot of heavy barrels and liquid containers every day. It’s a physical job that keeps us on our feet from the moment we open up in the morning. We don’t have a big corporate office or a floor full of cubicles. Our workspace is mostly the shop floor and a small area where we keep the shipping documents. The walls are a bit stained and the floor has seen better days, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We have a small team of guys who know the routine inside out. We don’t really spend much time talking about business strategy. We just check the orders and start filling the containers. The heat in Vapi can be quite intense, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the big fans running all day long. We usually have our lunch together in the shade of the gatehouse. We don’t have a fancy website or any promotional brochures. People who need what we make usually just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign on the road. It’s a simple, honest operation. We just try to do our work without making any big mistakes and head home to our families when the shift ends.
