Nitin Dye Chem Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 195 in Phase-2 of the Gidc in Vapi. Vapi is a major industrial hub, and our plot is right in the thick of it. We deal with dyes and chemicals, which means there is often a lot of color around the place. Our workday starts early, usually before the sun gets too high, so we can get a head start on the mixing and processing. The building has seen better days, but it works for what we need. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and find someone on the floor. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we all know the routine without having to talk about it much. We handle the containers, check the labels, and get everything ready for the trucks. Phase-2 is always noisy with the sounds of other factories, but we don't mind it. It’s just the sound of work being done. We don't try to sound like a big international firm with all the corporate lingo. We are just a local business in Vapi trying to keep things moving and get the dye orders out on time. It’s a simple life, and we are fine with that. We just show up, do the mixing, and head home. The smell of the chemicals is something you just get used to after working here for a week or two. Usually, the gate gets locked around six in the evening.
