Being part of Arti Industries Ltd. means spending most of your time at Plot No. 22/c/1 2 in the 1st Phase of Gidc in Vapi. The area is always buzzing with activity, and our little corner is no different. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the spot. The building itself is nothing special to look at. It’s got concrete floors and high ceilings that trap the heat during the Gujarat summers. We don't have any fancy marketing or a sales team in suits. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, keeping an eye on the production. The office part of the building is just a small partitioned space with a few old computers and a lot of box files. We don’t really follow a strict corporate manual. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. If an order is late, we stay until it’s finished. The smell of the industrial zone is just something we live with every day. We take our tea breaks when there’s a lull in the work, usually sitting on some crates near the loading bay. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the trucks are loaded properly before they head out. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest way to spend the day.
