J B Chem Industries is situated at Plot No. 3211 in the GIDC Estate. It’s a standard industrial plot like many others in this area. We’ve been here for a good while now, and the place has a bit of wear and tear, but it works for us. The gates are usually open for deliveries. Inside, you’ll see the typical setup for a chemical plant: tanks, pipes, and plenty of bags of raw material. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just the owner and the staff who have been here for years. We know the routines. We know when the water pressure is going to be low and which days the electricity might act up. The GIDC Estate is a busy place, and we are just one small part of it. There is no point in pretending we are a huge multinational. We are just a local industry doing our bit. We spend our days dealing with orders and keeping the floor as clean as possible for a chemical unit. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but the priority is always what's happening in the production area. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make the chemicals and ship them out. It's about showing up every day at Plot 3211 and getting through the list of tasks.
