Zoom Security

Our little office is tucked inside the Jitali Shopping Complex at number 7, right near the railway station. Being in the Gidc area means things are always moving and there’s plenty of noise from the trains passing by all day long. We set up Zoom Security because we saw a real need for basic, reliable stuff that keeps people’s property a bit safer. It’s not a big corporate setup with people in suits. Mostly it is just a few of us answering the phones and keeping track of who needs what for their gates or windows. If you come by, you’ll see we’ve got boxes stacked up in the corner and maybe a half-empty tea cup sitting on the desk. We spend a lot of time talking to local shop owners and folks around the station who are worried about their locks. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and the office feels a bit cramped, but we manage just fine. We’ve been in this complex long enough that we know most of the neighbors by name. We don’t do big fancy presentations or use high-tech buzzwords that don't mean much to the average person. We just talk about what works and what doesn't. If a camera isn't pointing the right way or a sensor is acting up, we go out and take a look at it ourselves. That is basically our day. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied from the early morning until the station lights come on at night.
