Laxmi Power Tools

You can find us in the Om Complex on R C Dutt Road, specifically at GF 1. Being on the ground floor makes it easier for people to bring in their heavy power tools for us to look at. The complex is always buzzing with people going to different offices, but we mostly stick to our corner. We have drills, saws, and all sorts of electric gear lined up on the walls. Most of the day is spent testing equipment or explaining how a specific tool works to someone who’s never used it before. The noise of a drill being tested is just part of the background music here. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are just plain with some posters from the tool manufacturers. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when we get a big shipment in, and we have to stack boxes wherever they fit. R C Dutt Road is a good location, even if parking is a nightmare for our customers. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tools. If something can be fixed, we tell them, and if it's junk, we tell them that too. It’s an honest way to work. We don't have a website or anything, just the shop and the people who walk in off the street. We’ve been doing this for a good while and plan to keep at it.
