Aerotech

Our place is at 405/B in the Makarpura GIDC Estate. If you’ve ever walked around a GIDC, you know exactly what it’s like—lots of trucks, people moving crates, and that constant hum of industry in the air. Aerotech has been part of this estate for a good while. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of where everything happens. We work on technical parts and assembly, and most of our day is spent at workbenches under bright lights. It isn't always quiet, and it definitely isn't always clean, but it is a real workshop. We have our routines, like who starts the first pot of tea and who checks the mail. The GIDC estate can be a maze if you don't know your way around, but we like being right here in the middle of it all. It feels good to be around other people who are also making things. We don't have a lot of meetings; we mostly just talk across the floor to get things figured out. It’s a practical way to work. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a big batch of parts to get through. We just take it one day at a time here at 405/B. There’s no need to make it sound more complicated than it is.
