Divya Control Elements Pvt. Ltd. is located right in the middle of the Makarpura Industrial Estate. Our unit is C-1 at 516/5, which is part of the GIDC area. It’s always a bit noisy around here because of all the other factories and the trucks moving in and out all day long. The air usually smells like metal and oil, which is pretty standard for an industrial zone like this one. Inside our space, it’s mostly just rows of parts and a few benches where we handle the control elements. It’s not the cleanest place you’ve ever seen since there is always some dust from the manufacturing process, but it is where the real work happens. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture. Most of our time is spent checking specs and making sure the inventory is right. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon gets a bit intense because the roof is high and the fans can only do so much, but we just keep at it. People come by for pick-ups or to talk about parts, and usually, someone from the back has to come out and help them. It is a practical environment where everyone knows their job and we don’t really stand on ceremony. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in a busy part of the city where everyone is working just as hard.
