Vyas Harishkumar Ratilal is based at 24 Manjalpur. It’s a nice area and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Our place isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve got a window that looks out onto the street, which is nice for people-watching when things get a bit slow. Most of the time, though, we are buried in work. We have a lot of old files and stuff that we really should organize better one of these days. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. That’s what matters in the end. The doorbell has a bit of a funny ring to it, almost like a bird chirping. We keep meaning to fix it but we’ve grown fond of it. Neighbors often stop by just to say hello or ask how things are going. We don’t mind the interruptions; it makes the day more human. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to do our jobs and treat people fairly. It’s a simple way to run things. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we leave early if the weather is good. It’s our own way of doing things and it works for us here in Manjalpur. We've built a life around this little office. It's not a lot but it's what we have.
