Our office is at 14/D in the Gandhinagar Society, which is in the Subhanpura area of Vadodara. It’s a quiet residential society, so we try to keep the noise down so we don’t bother the neighbors. The office is just a ground-floor space with a few rooms. We’ve got the usual setup—desks, chairs, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. Working as consultants means we’re often on the phone or responding to emails all day long. Subhanpura is a nice part of the city, and it’s convenient because there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick lunch. The team here is quite close-knit since we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't have any formal dress codes or strict rules like that. We just focus on getting the work done. The office has a bit of a homey feel because of the location. There are trees outside the window and you can hear the birds in the morning. Sometimes it’s hard to stay focused when it’s so peaceful, but there’s always plenty to do. We keep our records in big binders on the shelves. It’s not a high-tech operation, but it works for us. We just take things one day at a time, handling the paperwork and the calls as they come in. It's a simple life and a simple office.
