We are based out of Gujarat, specifically in the 390 018 zip code area. Our office is a fairly standard space in a multi-story building. It’s not very large, but we have enough room for our files and a couple of workstations. The hallways are usually quiet during the day. We spend most of our hours looking at data and talking on the phone. Sometimes we go out to meet people, but mostly we are right here. The view from the window is just other buildings and the street below. We have a small fridge for cold water and some snacks. The carpet is a bit worn out in the spots where we move our chairs. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to open the door. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't believe in having long meetings that go nowhere. We just get to the point and do the task. The summer heat here can be tough, so we rely on the AC quite a bit. Most of us have been working together for a few years now. We know how each other likes their tea or coffee. It feels more like a small group of friends than a big company. By the time it’s evening, we turn off the lights and head home to our families. It works for us.
