Our shop is part of the Prakas Tele Services franchise and we handle stuff for Vodafone Essar Gujrat Ltd. You can find us at 301 in the Anand Niwas Apartment building. It’s located in Green Park, inside Bhavani Pura Society Number 2 in the Nizampura area of Vadodara. Being on the third floor means we don't get as much walk-in traffic as a street-level shop, but we still stay pretty busy with customers who know we are here. Most of our day is spent dealing with mobile phone connections, talk time, and all those little issues people have with their sims. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and typing things into the system. The apartment is a comfortable enough space, though it feels more like a workspace than a home. We have some posters up and a few chairs for when people need to wait. Nizampura is a good part of town, and we’ve been operating out of this specific spot for a while now. We don't really do big flashy sales pitches or anything. We just help people get their phones working and sort out their bills. It’s straightforward work. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, but that’s just how it goes. We take things as they come and try to get through the daily list of tasks without too much fuss. It is just our small team working here every day to keep things running.
