The office is at Vadsar, specifically the 4th Cross on Mysore Road at number 156. Mangalmurti Rojgar Consultancy is a very local business. We focus on helping people find work in the nearby factories and shops. The office is just one main room with a few desks and a bench for people to wait on. It gets quite loud because of the traffic on Mysore Road, so we usually have to keep the windows closed. We have stacks of files everywhere because we still prefer keeping paper records of the candidates who visit us. It isn't a modern office with fancy computers. We have an old laptop and a printer that jams every now and then. Most of our time is spent interviewing young people who are looking for their first job. We try to give them some honest advice about what to expect. We don't have a lot of staff, just two or three of us who manage the daily visitors. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten together at the main desk. It is a very simple and straightforward atmosphere. We don't have any polished mission statements or marketing brochures. We just talk to the employers in the area and see who they need. It’s a busy life, and there is always someone new walking in with a folder under their arm. We just do our best to keep things moving.
