Maruti Manpower Services

Our office is over at Ff-119 in Brij Industries. We’re tucked away on Gidc-vadsar Road, which is always busy with people going to work. Maruti Manpower Services is basically just us sitting at desks, making calls, and trying to get people matched up with the right jobs. It gets pretty loud in here when the phones start ringing all at once. There’s usually a stack of resumes on the corner of my desk that I haven't quite gotten through yet. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy talking to people to really care about that. We just try to help folks find work and help the local businesses get the staff they need. It’s honest work, even if it’s a bit chaotic some afternoons. The Gidc-vadsar area is a good spot for us because there’s so much going on around here. We see all kinds of people coming through the door looking for a chance. We do our best to listen and see what we can do. It’s a plain office, just some chairs for people to wait in and a water cooler that sometimes leaks. We just keep at it every day, making sure the paperwork gets done and the right people get to the right places. It's a lot of coordination, but we manage to stay on top of things most of the time.
