Nidhi Placement

Our office is at Gotri Road, specifically Tf-16. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do. Nidhi Placement is basically just a bridge between people looking for work and companies needing help. We have a lot of folders. Blue ones, green ones, all filled with names and phone numbers. Most mornings start with checking emails to see if anyone got hired. It’s a lot of talking. We talk to managers, we talk to laborers, we talk to office clerks. Everyone is looking for something better. Sometimes the traffic on Gotri Road makes people late for their interviews here, which is a bit of a headache. We try to keep a calm environment inside. We’ve got a couple of computers that are a bit slow but they get the job done. We aren't doing anything fancy here. No big corporate speeches. Just trying to figure out who fits where. I’ve been doing this for a while now, and you learn a lot about people just by listening to them for ten minutes. The walls in Tf-16 are a light cream color, and we have a small plant in the corner that I forget to water sometimes. It’s a simple setup. People come in, they give us their details, and we see what we can find. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes every day. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat at the desk while checking the latest applications.
