Vibrant Manpower Solution is located over on Kharivav Road in the Raopura area. Specifically, we're at Bhalerao Tekari. It's an old part of the city with narrow streets and lots of history. We’ve been working from this spot for some time now. Dealing with people all day is what we do. It’s not always the smoothest process because people have different needs and expectations. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to folks who walk in looking for work. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is looking for something new. We don’t have a HR department or anything corporate like that. It’s just us trying to match people with what’s available. Raopura is a busy place, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near the Tekari, but our regulars know the shortcuts. We started this because there seemed to be a lot of people needing help finding decent work. We just take things one day at a time. Some days are slow, other days we can't even stop for tea. We don't use any fancy software or big systems; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we run things here in Raopura. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. If we can find a good spot for someone, it makes the whole day feel like a success.
