We've been here in Rajiv Nagar for a while now. It's just a small office near Khodiyar Nagar at E/10. We help people find jobs around Baroda. It's not fancy. Mostly we just talk to folks who need work and try to see where they fit in some local companies. Baroda is growing, and we've seen a lot of change on New V.I.P. Road over the years. Sometimes it's hard for people to find the right spot, so they come to us. We keep records of who's hiring. It's mostly clerical or factory stuff, but we get all sorts. My desk is usually covered in papers and old notebooks. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some plastic chairs and a water cooler for visitors. People come in, fill out forms, and we chat for a bit. I've lived in this area for years, so I know a lot of the business owners around here. It started out small, just me and a couple of others. We aren't trying to be some huge international firm with shiny brochures. We just want to make sure the people in our neighborhood have a place to go when they need a paycheck. Sometimes the phones ring too much, and other days it's quiet. That's just how it goes. We try to be fair and honest with everyone. If there's no job, we say so. No point in making things up. It’s just how we do things here.
