Our office is located at 1, Birla Building, within the Venus Apartments complex on Productivity Road. It’s an interesting spot because you have the mix of residential life and the business side of engineering right there. Productivity Road is a well-known stretch, and being in the Birla Building gives us a sense of being part of the local history. The office itself is filled with the usual things you’d expect—lots of paper, old files, and people talking about mechanical parts or site layouts. We don’t have any fancy marketing people here; it’s mostly just engineers and staff who have been doing this for years. We spend our mornings going through the mail and checking on the progress of various jobs. The afternoon usually involves a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers or checking on technical specifications. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t believe in overcomplicating things, so we just stick to what we know. The apartments around us mean there’s always a bit of life going on outside our windows, which is nice. We’ve settled into a routine here that works for us. It’s about being reliable and just doing the engineering work that needs to be done. No one here is trying to win awards; we just want to make sure the work we send out is solid and the clients are satisfied with what we’ve built.
