Ellume Solar Pvt. Ltd. is based at 801, Center Point, which is on R C Dutt Road in Alkapuri. It’s one of the busier parts of Vadodara, so there’s always something going on outside. Being up on the 8th floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise, though you can still hear the honking during rush hour. Our office is pretty simple. We have a few rows of desks and a small area where we keep all the solar equipment samples. Most of our day is spent looking at site plans or talking to people about how to get their panels set up. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. Half the team is usually out on the road visiting customers or checking on installations. We’ve got a good mix of young guys and some older heads who have been in the power industry forever. We aren't big on formal dress codes or long speeches. We just show up, check the emails, and try to get the work done. The building itself is pretty well-known, so it’s easy for people to find us. Lunch is usually a quick affair, often ordered from one of the stalls nearby. We just try to keep things moving and make sure our clients are taken care of without making a big production out of it. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve got going here.
