Tyre Centre

Our shop is in the Satnam Building over at Channi Naka, right on Vrundavan Angeeta Road. It’s easy to spot because there are usually stacks of tires sitting out front. We do everything related to tires—changing them, fixing punctures, and checking the balance. It’s physical work. Your back feels it by the end of the day. We have a couple of jacks and the air compressor is always running in the background. That hiss of the air line is the soundtrack to our lives. We see all kinds of vehicles, from small scooters to big trucks. Every tire has a story, usually a bad one involving a nail or a deep pothole. We don't try to sell you something you don't need. If a tire can be patched, we patch it. If it’s bald and dangerous, we tell you straight. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The neighborhood has changed, but people still need their wheels fixed. We take turns going for tea across the street. Sometimes we get backed up when three cars show up at once, but we work through it. It’s just us here, making sure people can get back on the road safely. We don't have any fancy waiting rooms, just some tires to sit on if you're not in a hurry. We just keep working until the cars are all gone.
