Vintage Tyres

Vintage Tyres is situated at F 47 in Taluka Karjan. We are right on the An House Linking Road. This place is all about tyres, as you might guess from the name. The shop is usually a bit greasy and smells like rubber. We have stacks of tyres everywhere, and the floor is always a bit dirty from the vehicles coming in and out. Being on the Linking Road means we get a lot of people stopping by because they have a flat or need a replacement. It’s hard work, and our hands are usually black by the end of the shift. We don't have a waiting room with a TV or anything like that. People just stand around or sit on a stool while we work. We’ve been in Karjan for years and we know the roads around here pretty well. It’s a practical business. We just fix what’s broken and sell what people need. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoon, so it gets warm. We just keep a water cooler in the corner and keep going. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop around. We just want to do a decent job so people can get back on the road. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up the shutters at night.
