Chicago Tyres

Chicago Tyres is sitting right at 2425 Ajwa Road. We are inside the Krunal Shopping Centre, which is directly opposite the petrol pump. It’s a good spot because people usually realize they have a tyre problem when they are filling up across the street. We have stacks of tyres everywhere, from small scooter ones to big ones for SUVs. The smell of new rubber is pretty strong when you first walk in, but after ten minutes, you don't even notice it anymore. We do a lot of puncture repairs and wheel balancing throughout the day. The equipment we use is pretty standard, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done right. It gets really busy on weekends when people have time to finally fix that slow leak they’ve been ignoring all week. The shopping centre has a lot of foot traffic, so we see a lot of different faces. We aren't a big chain with uniforms and scripted greetings. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes we sit on the stools out front when things are slow and watch the cars go by on Ajwa Road. It’s just a regular tyre shop trying to keep people moving. We keep some cold water in the back for customers who are waiting in the heat while we change their wheels.
