We set up shop on 100 Feet Road near Channi Naka. It’s a wide road, which is good for the bigger vehicles that come by to see us. We focus on tire services. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we know how to do. The sun can get really hot out on the pavement, so we do a lot of the heavy lifting under the shade of our small roof. We have all the basic tools and a few machines to help with the tough rims. Most of our days are spent covered in rubber dust and grime. We don’t mind it much. It’s honest work. We see a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years whenever they get a flat. We try to be quick because nobody likes waiting around for a tire change. Sometimes we have to wait for a specific size to be delivered, but we usually have the basics in stock. The shop isn't much to look at, just a practical space for fixing wheels. We keep a few chairs out for customers to sit on while they wait. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work. It’s a steady life. We just want to make sure the job is done right so the tire doesn't go flat again ten miles down the road. It's just a simple tire service for the neighborhood, nothing more.
