Thakkars Food & Herbal Products

Our place, Thakkars Food & Herbal Products, is at Plot No. 17/A in Astapad Society. We’re in the Kareli Baug area, right near the big water tank. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the industrial zones, which is good for the kind of stuff we do. We work with food and herbal items, so our place usually smells pretty nice—sometimes it’s like turmeric, other times it’s more like dried leaves. We keep our operation fairly simple. The plot isn't huge, but we’ve managed to set it up so we can process and pack everything right here. We aren't a giant factory. It’s more of a family-feeling setup where everyone chips in. We spend a lot of time checking the herbs and making sure the food products are handled right. Kareli Baug is a nice place to work, and being near the water tank makes it easy for people to find us. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the products ready for the customers. The shelves are usually full of jars and bags waiting to go out. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time parking in the society streets, but we always make it work. It’s just a steady, daily routine of sorting, packing, and making sure everything is clean. We enjoy the work and the people who come by to visit the shop at Plot 17/A.
