Parmar Nagin Jetha

I have been working from Harni Road 504 for a long time. The name on the papers is Parmar Nagin Jetha. This part of town has changed a lot since I first moved here. There used to be more trees, but now it is mostly buildings and small shops. My place is number 504, easy to find if you look for the blue gate. It is a basic setup. I don't have any fancy machines or a big office. Just a desk, some chairs, and my tools. I usually keep the door open to let the breeze in. It gets stuffy otherwise. Most of my day is spent answering the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. I don't do any marketing. Word of mouth is how I get by. People know me in this neighborhood. I've helped fix things for most of them at some point. The work isn't always exciting, but it keeps me busy. I like the routine of it. Morning tea, a few hours of work, a break, and then more work until the sun goes down. Sometimes my son comes by to help me with the heavy lifting because my back isn't what it used to be. We just get on with it. There isn't much more to say about it. It’s just a small business on Harni Road. We are here every day except Sunday when the shop stays closed for a rest.
