Sutherland Glbal Services

Our place is at A-1/1 in the Nidhi Apartments over in Vijaynagar. It’s on Harni Road in Vadodara. We go by Sutherland Glbal Services. It’s basically an apartment that we have turned into a workspace. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for our computers and a few desks. We do a lot of customer support here, so there is usually someone on the phone. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because the walls are thin and Harni Road has a lot of traffic. We’ve had to fix the ceiling fan a few times because it makes a clicking sound that drives everyone crazy. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try to keep things relatively quiet in the hallways. There is no cafeteria here, so we all eat at our desks or go to the small park nearby if the weather is nice. We don't have any of those modern office features like bean bags or espresso machines. We just have some instant coffee and a water cooler. Sometimes the lights flicker when the neighbor turns on their heavy appliances. It’s just a bit of an old building. We work hard and try to get through the day without any big issues. It’s a practical spot for a small team like ours. The mailbox downstairs is always overflowing with old flyers. We just ignore it.
