Suraj Glass Putty

We are located right on Chhani Kazi Syed Street and have been here for a good while now. Suraj Glass Putty is just a small place, nothing fancy to look at from the outside or the inside for that matter. We spend most of our days surrounded by tins and buckets of putty. It is one of those businesses that is quite messy because the oil and the chalk get everywhere, but we are used to it by now. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the traffic and people moving about, but inside we just focus on the work. Mostly, people from the neighborhood come in when they are fixing a window or doing some renovation work at their place. We do not have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure we have enough stock for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the weather makes the putty a bit harder to work with, especially when it gets really hot or during the rains, but we manage. We keep the shop open pretty regular hours. It is funny how many people forget they need putty until the last minute when the glass is already sitting there. We see a lot of familiar faces from around Chhani. It is just a basic local shop where we try to keep things simple and honest. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. People just know where we are. We've got shelves that have seen better days and floors that are always a bit dusty, but it’s home for us. We just keep doing what we do every day without much change.
