Working out of Gidc Industrial Estate in Makarpura keeps us pretty busy. Owens Fibre Glass Industries is located at Plot No-904/5, right in the heart of the industrial zone. It’s a practical location because everything we need is close by. Handling fiber glass products is what we do day in and day out. Sometimes the air gets a bit dusty, and the shop floor stays loud when the machines are running. We aren't big on fancy titles or sitting through corporate meetings. Most of our time is spent looking at materials and making sure the orders stay on schedule. The estate is always crowded with trucks and people moving things back and forth. You eventually get to know the neighbors. We’ve been at this for a bit now, focusing mainly on the work at hand. It’s not the kind of job where you sit in a quiet office all day long. Most of the time, we’re on our feet. Things can get quite hectic when a large delivery arrives, but we manage to get it sorted. An honest day's work is what we aim for before heading home.
