Sukun Physiotherapy Clinic

Setting up Sukun Physiotherapy Clinic near Rozi School was a practical choice because it’s easy to find. We are right on Mahakali Temple Road, and you can often hear the school kids playing outside during their break times. The traffic on Ajwa Road can be a bit much in the evenings, but it quietens down later on. Inside the clinic, we have the usual mats and some parallel bars for people to practice walking. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when we are looking at how someone is moving their leg or arm. There’s a Mahakali temple nearby, and sometimes you can hear the bells ringing while we are working with a patient. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful not to clutter it up with too many machines. I usually spend my afternoons filing paperwork or cleaning the equipment after everyone leaves. The floor is a dark grey tile that shows every bit of footprints, so I’m always sweeping. We have a small desk near the entrance where we keep the appointment book, which is usually a bit messy with crossed-out names and scribbled notes. It’s not a high-end spa, it’s just a place where people come to get their movement back. The air conditioner works okay, but on the hottest days, it struggles a bit. We just keep the door shut and carry on with the day’s appointments.
