Pitru Chhaya Physiotherapy Clinic & Fitness Center

Our clinic and fitness center is located in units 109 and 110 of the Geetanjali Apartment complex. We are right near Padam Park on the Novino Tarsali Road, which is part of the Makarpura Industrial Estate. Because we are near an industrial area, we see a lot of people who work hard physical jobs and end up with back pain or joint issues. We also get residents from the nearby apartments. It is a mix of a physiotherapy clinic and a place to get fit. We have some machines and weights, but the main focus is helping people move better again. The space is not like one of those high-end gyms with neon lights. It is more of a practical place where people come to do their exercises and get treatment. We have got a small team here who knows their way around muscles and bones. We talk to our clients plainly about what is going on with their bodies. No confusing medical jargon if we can avoid it. Being in Makarpura means we are part of a busy, working-class community, and we like that. We keep the place clean and the equipment in good shape. It is a straightforward business. We help you get stronger and manage your pain so you can get back to your life and work without being slowed down. We are usually here from early morning to late evening.
