We've been here at Health Care Physiotherapy Clinic in Karelibaug for quite a while now. Most people know us because we're right across from the HP petrol pump on Water Tank Road. It's a busy spot in Ambalal Park, but once you step inside, things get a bit quieter. We deal with all sorts of physical stuff here. People come in with back pain from sitting too much at their desks or maybe they twisted an ankle playing football over the weekend. Sometimes it’s older folks who just want to keep moving better so they can play with their grandkids. It’s not a fancy place, just some treatment tables and the equipment we need to get the job done. My team and I mostly spend our day showing people how to stretch properly or working on muscles that have tightened up too much. We see a lot of regulars from around the neighborhood. It’s nice when someone who couldn’t walk up their stairs easily starts doing it without wincing. We don't do anything flashy, just the standard physio work you’d expect. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone finishes work, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve seen all kinds of injuries over the years. Some are easy to fix and others take a lot of sessions and patience. We just try to be honest about how long things might take. If you’re looking for us, look for the water tank.
