Flex Physiotherapy Clinic

Flex Physiotherapy Clinic is located in Yamuna Nagar Society, specifically at B-11. We are right behind the Darsh Superspeciality Dental Hospital. That’s usually the best way to explain where we are because the dental hospital is much bigger and easier to see from the main road. Once you get behind it, you'll find us in the society. It’s a quiet spot, which is good for physiotherapy because it helps people focus on their exercises and recovery without too much noise from outside. The clinic has some basic equipment like mats, weights, and machines to help people get moving again. It’s not a gym, but we do spend a lot of time helping people with their stretches and movements. Most people who come here are dealing with back pain or recovering from some kind of injury. We keep the place tidy and make sure there’s enough room for everyone to move around. It’s a small operation, usually just a couple of us working with patients throughout the day. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just want to help people feel a bit better and get back to their normal lives. Being in Yamuna Nagar Society means we get a lot of people from the nearby houses.
