Easy Physio

Easy Physio is situated at Gf 4 in the Pratham Complex. We are right on Gotri Road, which is a busy part of the 390021 area. Being on the ground floor makes it much easier for people to get in, especially since many of the folks coming to see us have trouble walking or moving around easily without some pain. We have some mats on the floor and a few pieces of equipment for exercises and stretching. It’s not a gym, but it looks a bit like one in some corners. The room is mostly open so there is space to move around. We spend a lot of time helping people stretch or work on their joints. There is a lot of talking involved, explaining how to do a movement or just listening to how someone is feeling that day. The walls are mostly bare, except for a clock and maybe a calendar we got from the local shop. It can get a bit loud with the traffic noise from Gotri Road coming through the front door when someone opens it. We keep a stack of clean towels and some basic supplies in the cupboards. It’s a simple operation here. We aren't part of some big medical chain; it’s just our local spot. Most of the people who come here live within a few kilometers. We see the same faces week after week until they get better. It’s steady work and we like the routine of it.
