Steels Smith

You can find Steels Smith right near the bus stand in Village Lamdapura. We are in Taluka Savli, right on the main Savli Road. Being so close to the bus stand means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. We get a lot of folks stopping by just because they saw us while waiting for their ride. The shop isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a sturdy building where we keep our hammers, anvils, and welding sets. We do a lot of work for the local farmers and the small businesses that operate around the village. The heat in Savli can be pretty intense, so we usually start quite early in the morning to get the heavy lifting done before the sun is directly overhead. There is always the sound of metal hitting metal coming from our place. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are the ones to talk to for steel stuff. Whether it’s fixing a broken tool or putting together a gate, we just get it done. Sometimes we sit out front during our break and watch the buses come and go. It’s a simple way to spend the day, and we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels natural. We aren't looking to become a giant company; we just want to keep the forge hot.
