If you walk down to Plot No. 18 in the GIDC Ind. Estate, you’ll find us there. It’s usually pretty loud because of the machines and all the metal moving around. We’ve been operating from this same spot for a long time. The place isn't fancy at all. There’s dust on the shelves and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the work gets done. Most days, we’re just focused on the orders coming in. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor checking pieces and making sure everything is cut right. Sometimes the heat gets to be a lot in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We know our neighbors here well. Everyone is busy doing their own thing. We don't spend much time in the office because there's always something to handle out back. We’ve got a small crew and most of us have been here for years. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the schedule. The trucks come in and out through the narrow gate, which is always a bit of a squeeze. It’s a simple setup we’ve got at Bhagyodaya Metal Industries. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the metal. People know where to find us if they need something made. We’ll be here at Plot 18 until the sun goes down.
