Steel Art

Down in Vadodara Sector-46C, you will find our shop, Steel Art. We spend most of our time working with metal and tools. It is not a quiet place because there is always some cutting or welding going on. The workshop gets pretty hot in the summer, especially with the machines running all day long. We make various things out of steel, mostly functional stuff that people need for their homes or projects. The floor is usually covered in scraps and metal shavings, even though we try to clean up every evening. Being in Sector-46C is good because there are other workshops around, so it feels like a place where things actually get built. We are not a big corporation, just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought it would because the material isn't behaving, but that is just the nature of working with steel. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you'll see us in our work clothes, probably busy with a saw or a welder. We don't spend much time on the phone unless a customer is asking about an order. It is hard work and your hands get dirty, but it is what we have been doing here in Vadodara for years now. It suits us just fine and we keep at it every morning.
