Spotless Australia Ltd. is based out of H-1/688 in Vijay Nagar, which is right on Harni Road in Baroda. The name might sound like we are far away, but we are very much a local Gujarat operation. Harni Road is one of those places that is always under construction or has a lot of trucks moving through it. Our office is in a busy residential and commercial mix. We handle a lot of service and maintenance work, so there are often people coming in and out with equipment or uniforms. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of logbooks. It is not the kind of place where you would find fancy artwork on the walls. We mostly have schedules and duty rosters pinned up everywhere. The staff here are hardworking people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We have been in Vijay Nagar for several years, and we have seen the area change quite a bit as more shops open up. Our daily routine is mostly about coordinating different jobs across the city. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful, but we just take it one call at a time. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the work gets done and that the staff knows where they need to go each morning.
