We are tucked away in Vrajdham Society, right near Narayan Vadi in Atladra. It's a house turned into an office, basically. People come in looking for work or asking about different companies in Vadodara. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes on our screens. It's mostly just a few of us sitting around desks in the B/38 unit. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we have to talk to candidates. Finding the right person for a job takes time, and sometimes it's frustrating when things don't line up. We don't do anything fancy, just match people with openings we know about. Usually, there’s a stack of papers on the main table and someone is always interviewing in the corner. Vadodara has a lot of industries, so there's always something happening. We just try to keep up with who is hiring and who is looking. It’s a lot of back and forth. Some days we find a good fit quickly, and other days we don’t. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now. If you’re coming from Narayan Vadi, we’re just a short walk away. It's a simple setup. We drink a lot of tea while we work. That’s really all there is to it here at Spectra. We don't have any big corporate mission, just daily work.
