S.K.Personnel

S.K.Personnel is basically just us working out of Block No.56 in Rajdhani Society here in Vadodara. It’s a local spot, not one of those big fancy corporate offices you see in the city center. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who need work. It gets a bit hectic when a lot of companies call at once asking for staff. Gujarat is growing so fast, so there is always someone looking for a job or a boss looking for a new hand to help out. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. People usually just drop by or give us a ring to see if we have anything open. It's not complicated stuff. We just try to get the right person into the right seat without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we get through it eventually. Being in a residential area like Rajdhani Society makes it feel more like a community thing than a cold business transaction.
