Sk Personnel

If you are walking along VIP Road in Karelibaug, you’ll find us right across from Satyan Society. We are Sk Personnel, and we’ve been operating out of this Baroda office for quite some time now. It’s a small place, nothing like those big glass buildings you see downtown. We mostly deal with hiring and finding people for various jobs around the city. Our office has a couple of old desks and a printer that sometimes has a mind of its own. We don't have a big sign out front, just enough for people to know they’re in the right place. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed here. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Mostly, we’re just chatting with candidates or calling up companies to see what they need. Karelibaug is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We get a lot of walk-ins, people looking for a change or just starting out. We try to give everyone a bit of time, even if we’re swamped with paperwork. It’s not a high-tech operation, just a few of us using our phones and computers to get things sorted. We’ve been around long enough that people in the society across the road know us by name. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a spare chair for a visitor, but we don't mind the clutter much. It feels more real this way.
