Shree Ram Iron Works

Shree Ram Iron Works is tucked away in Anantpura Vadgaon Sheri, specifically at Mahaveer Nagar J/70/B. If you come by, you’ll probably hear us before you see us. Working with iron is loud and dirty work, there’s no way around that. We’ve got sparks flying and the smell of metal everywhere. It’s what we know, though. My family has been doing this kind of stuff for a long time. The shop at J/70/B isn't exactly a clean place, but it’s where the work gets done. We make things, fix things, and spend a lot of time sweating over the heat. Vadgaon Sheri has changed a lot, but this little corner of Mahaveer Nagar feels pretty much the same. We have people coming in with all sorts of requests, some of them pretty strange, but we try to help out. It’s a physical job, so by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. There isn't any fancy office staff here, just us with our tools. The floor is usually covered in scrap metal and dust. We don't mind it. It’s just how an iron works is supposed to be. If you need something heavy moved or welded, this is where we spend our lives. It’s basic, hard work, and that’s about it. Most days we are just glad to get the work finished before the sun goes down.
