Shree Narayan Masala Mill

You can find Shree Narayan Masala Mill at Plot No.C -48 in the Sardar Estate. This is on Ajwa Road, specifically on Road No 1. It’s an industrial estate, so there are a lot of other mills and workshops around us. There is always the sound of machinery in the background here. Our mill is usually covered in a fine layer of spice dust. It’s just part of the job when you’re grinding things all day. We have been at C -48 for years. The building is just a big open space with the grinders and the packing area. Ajwa Road is a main artery for the city, so there are always trucks coming and going. Sardar Estate is a busy place, and Road No 1 is where we’ve made our home. It’s not a clean or quiet place to work, but we like the rhythm of it. We open up the big shutters in the morning and get the motors running. Most of us have been working here a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what to do. It’s a very simple business model. We take the raw materials and turn them into powder. No fancy marketing, no polished sales pitches. Just the mill running day after day on Road No 1. It’s what we know, and we just keep at it until the day is done.
