Shree Ganesh Steel Traders

We've been here at Naswadi Matawadi Chowk for a good while now. It's just us running things at Shree Ganesh Steel Traders. Dealing with steel isn't always pretty work, it’s mostly dusty and heavy. People come by the shop on Lambe Hanuman Road when they need specific pieces for their building projects or just small repairs around the house. Most days are busy with loading and unloading trucks that pull up right outside. We try to keep everything organized but sometimes the yard gets a bit messy when a big shipment of rods comes in. It is just the way it goes here. You'll find us here pretty early in the morning, getting things ready for the day's orders before it gets too hot. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk, some old chairs, and a lot of metal stacks. We know most of the regulars who come in. If someone needs a certain pipe or sheet, we go back and look through what we have in the back. It’s hard work on the hands, but it keeps us going. We’ve seen this road change quite a bit over the years. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather is bad. But usually, there is a lot of noise from the cutting machines and the trucks. We just handle the steel and make sure it gets to the site. That is basically what happens every day.
